1. Acceptance

By accessing or using blocx-capital.vercel.app (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Who we are

BLOCX Capital ("we", "our", "us") is a Dubai-based real estate firm operating in the United Arab Emirates. The Site is informational and is not a substitute for individual professional advice.

3. The Site is not an offer

Content on the Site, including any property images, service descriptions, market commentary, and tokenization references, is provided for general information only. Nothing on the Site constitutes:

Any property transaction will be governed by a separate written agreement and is subject to applicable Dubai Land Department (DLD) and Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA) approvals.

4. Tokenization references

Any reference on the Site to tokenization, fractional ownership, virtual assets, or token economics is illustrative only. It is not an offer. Any future tokenization product will be subject to approval by the relevant UAE regulators, including but not limited to the Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority (VARA), the Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA), and the Dubai Land Department (DLD), prior to launch.

Joining an interest list does not entitle you to allocation, priority access, or any specific terms when and if a product is launched.

5. Real estate services

All real estate transactions facilitated by BLOCX Capital are subject to the relevant licences and permits required under UAE law, including Trakheesi advertising permits and RERA brokerage rules. Property prices, availability, and specifications may change without notice and are confirmed at the point of sale only.

6. Intellectual property

The Site, including the BLOCX Capital name, logo, content, and design, is our intellectual property or used under licence. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission. Third-party developer logos shown on the Site are the trademarks of their respective owners and are used for illustrative purposes only; no endorsement or partnership is implied unless explicitly stated.

7. External links and third-party content

The Site may link to or display content from third-party sources, including stock photography and developer information. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party sites or providers.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, BLOCX Capital is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content, including without limitation loss of profits, data, or business opportunity.

9. Changes to the Site and these Terms

We may update the Site or these Terms at any time without prior notice. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.
